What types of services do you provide?

We offer investment advisory services including comprehensive wealth management, tax planning coordination, business owner financial planning, equity compensation planning, and estate planning strategy. Both advisory and securities brokerage services are offered through Emerson Equity LLC, member FINRA/SIPC and a Registered Investment Adviser, through which our advisors are registered.

What fees will I pay?

Advisory fees are disclosed in Emerson Equity LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A and are based on assets under management and/or flat planning fees. Brokerage services may involve separate commissions or other compensation, which are disclosed in Emerson Equity’s Form CRS.

What are your legal obligations to me?

When acting as your investment adviser, we are held to a fiduciary standard and are required to act in your best interest and to disclose all material conflicts of interest. When securities are offered through Emerson Equity LLC, a broker-dealer, different obligations, standards, and compensation may apply.

Conversation starters you might ask us: “Given my financial situation, why do you recommend this service?” “What are your legal obligations to me?” “How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?”
